Date: 01 Jun 2024
Time: 19:00 - 23:00
Location: Worton Kitchen Garden - Glasshouse
Supper Club

A first for Worton as our Monthly Supper Club welcomes a guest chef, Roshni of Tikka and Tadka.

‘Grisher Bhuribhoj’ which simply translates to a summer feast in Bengali. Roshni will be cooking up a Bengali menu which is very close to her heart as she grew up in Kolkata,India eating these very dishes. Despite living in the UK for more than a decade Kolkata continues to hold a special place in her heart. Some of the dishes which will be made are from recipes which have been passed down for generations in her family.

The food cooked by Roshni will hopefully evoke nostalgia in some or spark intrigue in others but the aim of her menu will be to make sure you have eaten enough to have the best sleep afterwards.
