Our over supply from last weekend, frozen and discounted. Our sourdough loaves all freeze very well and are good to eat when thawed – the team here eat them all the time!
Our signature loaf. Wood-fired, Rustic White sourdough. 100% white bread flour over a 10 year old stoneground dark rye starter this loaf is 24 hour cured before being hard-baked in the wood fired oven.
A soulful bread in the style of a Pain de Campagne au Levain – a savoury, almost burnt crust conceals an open, elastic crumb.
Possibly the best bread outside France, certainly the best in OX29!
