Our July Supper Club will introduce our new Barbecue – “the Biggest Pit East of Carolina” – and comprise four courses of food cooked with Fire and Smoke.

In the company of our resident Mad Professor, Charles Spence, we will have a guided meal exploring some of the many aspects of cooking with fire, its nutritional and gastronomic benefits and some of the history of this most ancient form of cookery..

Centred around the 30 hour smoking of one of our Saddleback Pedigree Pigs, the meal will be a delicious exploration of the ways fire and smoke can transform fruits, vegetables, breads and, of course, flesh!
