Welcome to ‘Grisher Bhuribhoj’ which simply translates to a summer feast in Bengali. Roshni (Head Chef and Owner of Tikka and Tadka) will be cooking up a Bengali menu which is very close to her heart as she grew up in Kolkata,India eating these very dishes.
