Our new Supper club will highlight a different ingredient or product each month. The aim is to produce exciting, new dishes with our seasonal produce or to showcase the best of our local suppliers and their produce. Each meal will be a four course set menu and seating will be “communal” on refectory style tables.
Join us for our first full Thanksgiving meal here at the farm. Think Turkey. Pumpkin Pie, family style sharing platters and lashings of Americana!
The evening will begin at 7pm with drinks and a chance to chat with Charles. We will then serve a 4 course dinner interspersed with talks and experiments to make you change the way you experience tastes and flavours. Dinner itself will be the usual delicious Worton fare but will be edited to illustrate some of the ideas being discussed.
The evening will finish around 11pm.
