Cookery Workshop – Sourdough Bakery – 28th February

Join Chef/Baker Simon for a hands on workshop exploring sourdough bakery.  Participants will make sourdough loaves through each stage of their development – the action will be in reverse order as you first help me make the production loaves for the day followed by mixing the starter, then the doughs.  Finally you will shape your own sourdough loaf to take home and bake yourself . All skill levels welcome, all materials supplied – this will be a hands on workshop in which you will learn how to make your own sourdough bread.  You will go home with an individual pot of starter ferment and a loaf for you to bake later!
