Preserves, Pickles, Vouchers and Experiences …

Stir Up Sunday last weekend, Thanksgiving yesterday so now there really is nothing between us and Christmas!  Well, maybe just a little retail therapy …

No hyper-discounting of old stock but this did seem like a good day to remind you of all the wonderful produce we’ve been harvesting and preserving over the last months!

The shop – both physical and on-line is bursting with produce.  We have the first of this year’s Apple Juices including some fairly unique single varietals such as Adams Pearmain and Danziger Kantapfel; lots of our award-winning Wild Honey including some fresh cut Honeycomb bursting with flavours from the month some of our hives spent, late-summer, in the New Forest; Pickled Damsons from what was perhaps our best harvest ever; lots of Jams, Marmalades, Cordials and, of course, our Drinking Vinegars.  The list goes on and we will be adding even more products over the next few weeks.  Lots of special “stocking-fillers” that you can collect here at the farm or have us send to your loved ones by purchasing here!  Of course, if you can’t decide which option to take, you can always send Gift Vouchers.

Turning to Christmas Day itself, we are busy prepping to provide a fabulous experience for those of you joining us for lunch – for anyone not yet decided, the menu and remaining tickets are available here.  For anyone hosting themselves or visiting friends or family, why not take one of our superb Puddings? Open as usual in the run up to Christmas, we look forward to welcoming you to share delicious food and drink here at the farm.  The highlight this weekend will be on Sunday when our Roast, for the first time, will be an 8 Hour Smoked Cotswold Lion Hogget – do come and join us!
