The Restaurant

It’s time to come outside

A seasonal, hyper-local menu designed to highlight the delicious produce from our farm and key local suppliers. Nothing if not delicious, the food prepared by our Chef and Baker Simon is always fresh and nutritious. Inspired by our own produce, we aim to welcome all to our beautiful restaurant space so always have dishes for Vegetarians, Vegans, Pescatarians and even those who eat flesh! Whatever is just picked, sun-ripened and grown by ourselves or foraged and hunted in the immediate vicinity will have pride of place.

The Garden

A beautiful, slightly madcap cottage garden.

Evolving steadily since 2005, our kitchen gardens now combine field crops and an orchard with greenhouses and poly-tunnels for growing more delicate salad crops. Combining stunning flowers, herbs, vegetables and an orchard with small scale animal husbandry, the team have created a secluded piece of paradise just on the edge of Oxford

Worton Kitchen Bakery, two freshly hand-baked croissants

The Bakery

Wood-fired, wild bread made from 100% organic flour

At the ovens since 2017, our baker Simon works from before dawn to ensure you have the most delicious fresh-baked bread and cakes each day.

The Shop

A cornucopia of fruit, vegetables, salads and herbs, our shop seduces with the wonder of truly fresh and seasonal produce. Stocked with our own fresh or pickled produce for most of the year, we also supplement with produce from quality driven organic suppliers. There is always fresh, wood-fired sourdough bread for sale together with quiches, tarts and pastries. Read more about the shop.
