Fermentation anyone?

A very brief email this week just to let you know that we are setting up lots more workshops over the next few months…

In the first place, we have a couple of Zymology workshops in the diary and we would love you to come and join us to be inducted into the art of fermentation.  These workshops sell out quickly but we have a couple of returns for tomorrow morning so if anyone fancies a late charge of plan, we have a couple of spaces – click here

We also have a workshop with a couple of spaces in November and will, over the next couple of days, be releasing dates for the Fermentation and Sourdough workshops in December and the New Year – do keep checking the website.  These mornings comprise full, hands on workshops in the morning followed by a convivial lunch and a chance to talk in detail about what you have learnt.  Everyone leaves with their own Ferments, Dough or Starter depending on the workshop and a full understanding of the simple rules and processes that mean you will, forever, be able to make your one loaves and pickles!

We also have a few places for the Christmas Drawing workshop lead by the engaging Bethan. Following on from her really popular series of Drawing evenings, this relaxed workshop is part mindfulness, part art-making, and 100% joy. Guided by simple techniques like continuous line drawing, we’ll recreate seasonal delights such as sliced clementines, pine cones, holly, poinsettias, and mistletoe. By the end of the session, you will have a beautifully unique illustrated festive paper garland to share (or keep!).
