Online Shop Open – Weekly Update: 26 March 2020

Following a successful launch last weekend, we are delighted to tell you that the online shop is now open again – if you follow the link at the bottom of this email, you will be directed to the website where you will be able to place orders for collection from the farm or, if you prefer, for home delivery.

We are lucky to have been able to source a pretty full range of fruit and vegetables again this weekend but there are some omissions so please bear with us if your favourite isn’t available. You may notice some curious variations in price since last weekend – again we would ask you to bear with us as it has become increasingly difficult to get produce at what would normally be considered sensible prices!

We have plenty of flour at the moment so there is a full range of breads again. For those wanting to lift their spirits, we also have the most stunning tulips for sale.

Like last weekend, there is a limited amount of stock available and once this has sold, we will temporarily take the shop offline.

The farm will also be open as usual this weekend so you are welcome to come to the shop and buy your fruit, vegetables and bread in the normal way. For those who can make it, there will be a slightly broader range of produce available including our delicious salads.

Of course we all have to adhere to strict social distancing rules:

  • Everyone will need to sanitize their hands before coming into the shop
  • Only one customer in the shop at any time
  • The queue (if we’re busy) will be spaced at 2m intervals (we’ll set out chairs to make this more comfortable!)
  • No cash payments will be accepted – only cards

We hope you are all keeping well and look forward seeing you or speaking to you at some point over the weekend.
