The Autumn Equinox is upon us: nights are cooler, there’s a chill and mist at dawn. There may be no doubt now that the season is turning but before the Autumn storms blow in, we have perhaps one more weekend of summer weather. Where better to enjoy it than in our lovely gardens? Why not come along and enjoy some freshly shucked Fal oysters with a glass or two of our fresh and zesty Vinho Verde?
A wonderful spread of seafood this weekend both in the shop and in the restaurant. Delicious firm-fleshed white Hake Cutlets served in a Goan Fish Curry, Oven-Roast Lemon Sole, Moules Mariniere, Lobsters, Diver Caught Scallops and, of course, for the first time since before the summer, some some delicious native Oysters served with shallot vinegar and rye bread.
