Lots of wonderful fresh produce from the farm this week… Stunning Romanesco Cauliflowers, Fresh Garden Peas, Broad Beans and, of course, our fantastic Strawberries are all reaching perfect ripeness over the next couple of days.
For the first time this year we have fresh clams from Cornwall – do come and try our Linguine Alle Vongole in the restaurant or the gardens over the weekend or buy one of our Meal Boxes and recreate the recipe at home! Also available are Wild Mussels, Skate Wings and Monkfish.
